Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under Section 512(g) of the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice may subject you to liability for damages under Section 512(f). Please ensure your claim is accurate before submitting.
